This is paypal only and in USD.
You are purchasing a digital file, not a physical copy.
Having only written descriptions will cause the price to go up based on difficulty.
- This is due to photo reference being preferred with or without written descriptions.
- Photo references can be compilation of images of real life references, other commissioned art, etc
After sending the final commission, only minor changes are allowed.
- You may ask if it is a minor or major change
- Major changes are +$5 for each
- WIPS are sent at every process (concept sketch>sketch>lineart+base>final)
REFUNDS are not allowed after lineart is finished
- If only a sketch has been done then you will only get a 50% refund.
- If I have not started and you want to be refunded or I cannot finish it due to a situation, you will get 100% back.
By purchasing any of my services, you are automatically accepting my Terms of Service and are obligated to follow them
You have 10 days to pay the invoice, otherwise, you will be dropped from your slot.

These commissions may NOT be used for commercial uses. The following cases are considered commercial use:
- Selling the artwork as merch/Reselling the artwork (paid adopts count!)
- Receiving profit in the place you're using it (i.e. Patreon, Twitch, YouTube videos, etc)
- If you want to use it for commercial use then there will be an additional fee. Please add in the special notes that you would like to use it commercially and I will send you a quote.
  - My emotes already account for commercial use, so there will be no additional fee

I hold every right to the produced artwork, so I may do whatever I wish with it, for example;
- Post WIPs and the finished product to my portfolio/social media (giving you proper credit as the owner of the characters).
- Use them as examples in my commission info (giving you proper credit as the owner of the characters).
- Promote myself with it in any place.
I hold the right to reject your commission
I have the right to increase pricing if the character/design is detailed/intricate.

Repost the art on other sites with proper and clear credit to my twitter (with no profit purposes). Example: Art: @usami_vt*
- *Note it must be in the same post i.e. tweet my handle in the same tweet with the actual photo instead of as a reply
Use it as decoration for your deviantART profile, Facebook avatar, youtube banner, etc. as long as you credit me.
Use it for icons for any social media as long as in the bio/location there is proper credit to me with my handle on that site
You have the right to say you don’t want to commission anymore after being told the quoted price.
You are NOT ALLOWED to:
- Change, edit, modify or use my works without my permission. Do not add filters, make edits, take credit for the art, remove my watermarks/signatures, trace etc.
- Use it commercially

They are default white and transparent.
- The exception is for emotes (transparent only)
If you would like a more detailed background, please send me an email or DM and we can figure out a quote!
For detailed backgrounds, not only will I charge more depending on complexity, but it will take longer to finish your commission.

I will always try to finish your commission as soon as possible.
It can take anywhere from 1 day to 4 months.
I am a university student so I am not able to be on my computers constantly & I may have other commissions to do before yours.
Rush orders is +25% of your commission price
- Please add that to the extra notes if it is a rush order.
- This will put you to the top of my priority
- If it’s needed in a day to a week, the rush order fee jumps to 40% but otherwise it’s 25%
You may ask about progress, but I only send WIPS if there has been any changes since the last WIP sent.
I will always inform you if something comes up that will delay the art.
